At Project Sanatana, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience for our customers. We offer a 5-Day Easy Return & Replacement Policy, ensuring complete transparency and satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacement
To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
Returns are subject to inspection and verification by the Project Sanatana team.
Items damaged due to negligence, improper usage, or mishandling will not be eligible for return or replacement.
The product should be accompanied by its Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, and discount coupons (if any).
If any modifications or alterations have been made to the original product(s), the return will not be accepted.
Mandatory Requirement: Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or incorrect product. The video should:
- Start before opening the package.
- Clearly show the shipping label with order details.
- Capture the full unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
Why is this necessary? This helps us verify claims and prevent fraudulent returns.
Please note: Shipping charges, VAT, lab certification charges, and customs duties are non-refundable.
Return Policy for Customized Products
Any customized items made specifically for you cannot be returned for a refund.
Important Notes
Shipping Charges, VAT, and Duties are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, as these are billed directly by the payment provider.
If you ordered a paid lab certificate, the certification fee will not be refunded.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the product at our address. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional week to reflect the refund in your account.
Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for cancellation, a request must be placed before the items have been shipped.
If you cancel a Rudraksha or any other order, we may deduct the making charges.
If your order included a paid certification, we will deduct the certification cost.
If your order included customized items, some amount may be deducted depending on the stage of customization.
If your order has already been shipped, shipping charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days after the cancellation request is approved. However, banks or payment gateways may take an additional week to reflect the amount in your account.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase or through UPI If multiple payment methods were used, the refund will be processed in sequence.

We strongly recommend Pack the items securely in a box and, if possible, add a thin magazine or book inside for better protection. Then Send it to us
If you choose to send the parcel yourself and it gets lost, stolen, or misplaced in transit, we will not be held liable.

If you are returning an item from outside India, please contact our support team at contact@projectsanatana.com for specific return instructions.
Depending on your country and the product, we may ask you to ship the return to our local representative or directly back to India. Any return shipping charges or customs duties will be borne by you.
