We have carefully selected these services for their fast delivery, live tracking, dedicated customer service, and door-to-door shipment safety.
2. Shipping Guarantee
We take 100% responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of your order. In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund.
Our packaging is secure and tamper-proof, ensuring that your products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please report it immediately with images at contact@projectsanatana.com, and we will arrange for a return.
3. Customized Silver-Capped Malas
Some of our 108-bead malas come with silver cappings and are handcrafted on-demand. These are not stocked items and are made or procured only after the order is placed. Due to this, order processing may take an additional 3–7 business days before shipping.
We will inform you if there are any delays, and your patience is truly appreciated.
4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping (India): Available on orders above ₹999 (based on the weight of the parcel).
- Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight and dimensions of the parcel as per courier service rates. We do not add any additional margins to these charges.
At checkout, the estimated shipping cost is displayed. If there are any changes after packing (due to dimensions or weight adjustments), we will notify you. If the difference is small. For larger differences, we will send an email with a payment link for the additional shipping cost.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic Orders (India)
- Blue Dart: 1-5 business days.
- Speed Post: Up to 4 business days
- These days may differ due to the situations in rarer cases.
International Orders
- FedEx & DHL: 2-4 business days
- Speed Post: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination country)
Custom Clearance Delays: Some international shipments may experience delays due to customs. If contacted by customs or courier agents, please notify us at contact@projectsanatana.com, and we will assist you with the necessary documentation.
6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
- We declare parcels at minimum value to help avoid customs duties.
- In most cases, shipments do not incur customs charges.
- If customs duties are applicable, they must be paid by the recipient.
- If customs requests additional documents, contact us at contact@projectsanatana.com, and we will assist you.
7. Additional Shipping Terms
No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD services.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
